What are sessions

Overview

Sessions let you watch real user activity inside your product. Each session is a recording of how a user moved through your app, including every step and key moment. You can use sessions to understand user behavior, confirm whether features work as expected, and spot friction points.

This article explains what sessions are, where to find them, and what information you can view inside each session.
