Why is my screen not loading things properly?

Common rendering Issues

Screens may look incorrect if:

  • Images fail to load

  • Fonts do not render

  • CSS spacing or padding appears wrong

  • Custom components do not display as expected

These issues do not mean your product is broken. They are only related to how the screen is captured and rendered in Adora.

Why these issues happen

Some visual assets depend on:

  • External packages

  • Custom fonts

  • Stylesheets loaded in the browser

  • Dynamic elements that render differently during replay

If those assets do not load during screen capture, the screen may appear incomplete.

Why can't I find my product screen in Adora?

Adora captures screens based off of real user sessions, meaning they will only appear if a user actually used that part of your product.

If you cannot find a screen, it could be because:

  • A user hasn't seen or had a session involving that screen

  • Sampling in Adora is being applied across all your sessions and depending on your plan, there could be sessions with users interacting with that screen that are being sampled out. You can read more about how to bypass the sampling here: Bypass sampling.
